Keith Moseng medical expense assistance fund

Keith Moseng is a Nurse in Southwest Minnesota.  He was involved in a single vehicle accident on and was rushed via medevac helicopter to emergency care in Sioux Falls, SD where he is presently in the critical care unit while awaiting multiple surgeries for extreme injuries to his spine, pelvis,  legs, arms and head/face.  

We are asking for any financial assistance you can spare  for Keith in order to help him keep up with his bills and expenses while he's unable to work.
